GENERAL POLICY
1. This website is for wholesale only.
2. All claims need to be made within 7 business days upon receiving the shipment, for US customers only
• S&H is nonrefundable. All sales are final, unless the items are defective.
• Returns without Chala authorization will not be accepted.
• Returns due to reasons other than manufacturer's defect or damage will incur a 30% restocking fee.
3. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. New customers must place their first order within 30 days of approval to avoid account deactivation.
5. 6 months of inactivity on your Chala account will lead to deactivation.
6. Chala Group, Inc accepts the following major CC companies only: VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
7. Orders shipping to California will have sales tax added if a valid Seller's Permit is not provided.
8. A Rush Order Fee of 10%, capped at $500, will be charged when expediting orders during peak seasons, upon customer request. Chala does not guarantee same day or next day shipping.
9. Inventory fluctuates daily, and we cannot guarantee stock at the time of ordering.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
• Minimum Order Dollar Amount:
For US domestic orders: $250 minimum + S&H
For US domestic re-orders: $250 minimum + S&H
($20 surcharge for orders less than minimum)
Minimum order quantity per design/style/color is 2pcs
• All orders will be shipped with full payment in advance.
• US domestic orders will be shipped via either FedEx or USPS unless instructed otherwise.
• Shipping is to be calculated when we process your order (usually within one week after the order is placed)
• All orders over $500 will be charged insurance. Any orders shipping to HI/AK will be charged insurance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
• Canada, Mexico, Central America, and South America: $500 minimum + S&H
($50 surcharge for orders less than minimum)
Minimum order quantity per design/style/color is 2pcs
• All Other Countries: $1,000 minimum + S&H
($50 surcharge for orders less than minimum)
Minimum order quantity per design/style/color is 6pcs
• All international orders will be shipped with full payment in advance.
• All international orders must be accompanied with a Payment Authorization Form. The form must be submitted to info@chalagroup.com before orders can ship. Download the form here.
• International orders will be shipped via USPS unless instructed otherwise.
