Return & Warranty Policy


* For warranty claims on items purchased at authorized retail locations, you are required to return your merchandise to the original point of purchase.

* Please note, any product purchased from an unauthorized Amazon Seller, will not be accepted by Chala Group, Inc.

  • Claims for wholesale order discrepancies must be submitted within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
  • To submit a claim, please fill out this form.
  • We do not offer exchanges, refunds, cleaning, refurbishing, or repair services. Please refer any refund and exchange inquiries to the original point of purchase.


  • We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. 
  • We offer replacements for items with manufacturing defects purchased from authorized vendors within 1 year of purchase, only if proof of purchase and images depicting item defects are provided to Chala Group, Inc.
  • If your product is covered under our warranty policy, we will ship a replacement to you, only if the product is available.
  • Chala Handbags does not ship replacement products to addresses located outside of the contiguous United States.
  • For international claim inquiries, please refer to the original point of purchase. Claims from Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico customers must be addressed with the original point of purchase.


  • In the case of certain manufacturing defects, you may be required to return your defective item to Chala for inspection.
  • Examples of qualifying manufacturing defects include problems with zipper construction, loose stitching/lining, or hardware malfunction.


  • Our manufacturer's warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidents. Some examples of what is not covered under our manufacturer's warranty:

- Stains or color transfer from clothing dye, beverages, or inclement weather

- Damage from pets and children

- Scratches, soiled spots, or marks from normal use

- Discoloration or dampness from storage

- Damage from adhesives

- Lost or stolen items

- Exposure to chemicals or products with alcohol

- Improper care or accidental damage


Warranty claims may take 2 to 4 weeks to process.
